A big tyre company was having trouble running its customer relationship management (CRM) and sales operations by hand. In order to satisfy their particular business requirements, they needed a more effective and tailored solution. They asked us to use Microsoft Power Platform to create a unique CRM system.

Challenge

A large enterprise in the tire industry was struggling with manually managing their sales and customer relationship management (CRM) operations. They required a more efficient and customized solution to meet their unique business needs. They approached us to develop a custom CRM solution using Microsoft Power Platform.

Solution

We proposed a solution built on Microsoft Power Platform, which includes Power Apps and Power BI. The team created a customized homegrown CRM application that streamlined sales operations and provided a real-time dashboard to track sales data. The dashboard was configured to display data as recent as the last 5 minutes compared to the previous implementation, which only showed data up to 24 hours old.

The CRM solution allowed the tire reseller to streamline their sales operations, automate their processes, and gain real-time insights into their sales data. We designed the solution to match the company's workflows and customized it to meet their specific needs. This resulted in significant time savings for the company, reducing the manual effort required by over 2,000 man-hours per month.

Viyal has introduced an innovative solution that streamlines the processing of various forms through automation. By leveraging Microsoft's OneDrive, Power Automate, and AI Builder, Viyal has developed a dynamic Multi-Form Processing Flow. This solution automates the extraction and processing of data from multiple form types in real time, offering significant improvements in efficiency and accuracy

Challenge

Handling and processing diverse forms can be a complex and time consuming task. Manually sorting, extracting, and validating data from different form structures often leads to errors and delays, which can be costly for businesses.

Solution

We developed a Multi-Form Processing Flow using Microsoft’s OneDrive, Power Automate, and AI Builder. The solution is designed to automate the entire process, from identifying relevant documents to extracting data and validating forms:

Document Identification: Upon uploading a batch of files, the system automatically triggers a Power Automate flow that sorts the documents. Relevant files proceed to the next stage, while irrelevant ones are moved to an "Unknown Documents" folder.

Data Extraction: Using AI Builder, the solution extracts data from the relevant forms with high precision. The system is versatile, capable of handling various form types with ease.

Data Validation: The extracted data is validated against mandatory fields. Forms are then classified as "Completed" or "Incomplete" based on the validation results.

Document Storage: Recognized data is converted into digitalized PDF documents using templates stored in OneDrive. The final PDFs are organized and stored in their respective folders, while the original processed forms are moved to a "Processed Files" folder.

DAI NIPPON PRINTING Co., a leader in the printing industry, frequently conducts business trips for service and sales inquiries, requiring multi level approvals for trips and expenses. This case study explores how the Power Platform was used to automate and streamline these processes.

Challenge

The approval process for business trips and expenses was entirely manual, time-consuming, and prone to human errors. Delays in approvals affected the timeliness of business trips, leading to dissatisfaction among employees and clients.

Solution

We developed an automated solution using Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps and Power Automate. The solution included the following key components

Power Apps: A custom application was developed for employees to submit their business trip and expense approval requests. The app was designed to be user-friendly, allowing employees to enter the necessary details quickly and accurately.
Power Automate: Automated workflows were created to handle the multi-level approval process. When an employee submits a request, the workflow automatically routes it to the appropriate approvers in sequence.
